What's included in program fees?

All field site access, equipment, educational materials, and instruction. Meals and accommodation are not included unless specifically stated in program details.

What if weather affects field work?

We monitor conditions closely and have contingency plans for each program. In rare cases of severe weather, we reschedule affected components at no additional cost.

Do I need prior ecological knowledge?

Our Foundation program requires no prerequisites. Other programs specify recommended background in their descriptions. When uncertain, email us to discuss fit.

What about accessibility needs?

We work to accommodate participants with varying physical abilities. Contact us before enrollment to discuss specific needs and we'll determine what's feasible for your chosen program.

Can programs be customized for groups?

Yes. Organizations bringing 8+ participants can arrange custom scheduling and tailored content. Email us to start that conversation.

What's your cancellation policy?

Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before program start. 50% refund for 15-29 days notice. No refund for cancellations within 14 days, though you may transfer to a future session.
